Manage Your Data

At OOQOO, we do not require accounts to play our games, so we do not store your name, email, or phone number. However, our third-party partners (Unity, ironSource) use a device identifier to provide analytics and personalized ads.

You have two options to control your privacy:

Option 1: Stop Collection & Opt-Out (Recommended)

Use this option if you want to immediately stop the app from tracking your behavior or showing personalized ads.

Open the game on your device.
Tap the Settings button/icon (⚙️).
Tap the button labeled Stop Data Collection.

Result:
The app will signal our partners to stop collecting new data. Your device will be anonymized for analytics, and you will start seeing generic ads instead of personalized ones.

Option 2: Request History Deletion

If you wish to permanently purge historical records already stored on our partners' servers, you must submit a specific request. Because we do not have user accounts, we cannot find your history using your name. You must provide your Device Advertising ID.

⚠️ Important: Without the specific ID listed below, it is technically impossible for us or our partners to locate your data to delete it.

🤖 For Android Users

Open your phone's Settings.
Tap Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads).
Locate "Your advertising ID" (e.g., 38400000-8cf0-11bd...).
Copy this ID.

🍎 For iOS Users (iPhone/iPad)

Apple protects your privacy by hiding your ID from you. You cannot view it in settings.

If you still have the app: Please use Option 1 above. It is the only way to send a verifiable signal from your device.
If you uninstalled the app: You can permanently disconnect your device from past data by changing your system settings:
1. Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
2. Turn OFF "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
3. This action "orphans" your old data so it can no longer be associated with your device.
